Job Location: Remote Reading, Luton, West London region

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts across various industry sectors to achieve long-term success.
  • Exceed core product sales targets to achieve annual sales growth and profit targets for the region.
  • Drive allocated customers within the territory to transact digitally for sustainable and profitable business.
  • Set up regular face-to-face meetings with key stakeholders within existing and new clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers at various levels.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, utilizing CRM systems.
  • Create sales plans to penetrate new customers and increase market share through white space analysis.
  • Proficient in sales administration, pipeline management, and call reporting.
  • Attend regular calls/meetings with Regional Sales Leader to report activities and plans.

Working Hours:

Mon-Fri: 8.30 - 17.30

Weekly hours: 40

About You:

  • Self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic personality.
  • Knowledge of the UK MRO market or relevant engineering experience.
  • Knowledge of ERIKS core products (Power Transmission, Fluid Power, Flow Control, Bearings, Seals) is advantageous.
  • Ability to create and deliver client presentations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify sales opportunities.
  • Hunter mentality and professional approach.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Keen to learn and develop.
