Overview:

kff, a regional food wholesaler and part of Sysco, is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team in Reading. This is a home-based role covering the Southampton area, offering up to £40,000 plus uncapped bonus potential, a company car or travel allowance, and a home-based contract. We are committed to growth and are seeking a proactive individual to develop and maximize independent foodservice business in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve profitable volume growth by gaining, growing, and retaining customers.
  • Research target audiences and identify opportunities within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs.
  • Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
  • Partner with customers to understand their growth plans and offer practical solutions and products.
  • Monitor competitor activity and proposals to ensure your customers receive the best local solutions.

Candidate Profile:

We seek someone capable of winning new business and maximizing sales with existing customers.
