Location: Homebased / Reading

Salary: Up to £40,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager responsible for winning and maximizing independent foodservice business in your area. If you enjoy working in the field and growing your career within a leading foodservice company, kff is the place for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain, grow, and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets.
  • Research target audience and opportunities within your territory.
  • Build and leverage strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs.
  • Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
  • Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products.
  • Understand competitor activity and proposals to ensure your customers receive the best local solutions.

Requirements:

Ideal candidates will be commercially astute, proficient in Excel, and skilled in building and maintaining relationships. A desire for sales is essential. Food industry experience is a plus but not necessary. We value diversity and inclusivity, encouraging you to bring your whole self to work.
