kff, a regional food wholesaler part of Sysco, is seeking an Area Sales Manager for a home-based role in Reading, covering South West London. The position offers up to £40,000 plus uncapped bonuses, a company car or travel allowance, and a home-based contract. kff supplies local pubs, restaurants, and caterers, with a team of around 250 employees near Maidstone, Kent.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your territory to achieve customer acquisition, retention, and profitable volume growth.
  • Research target audiences and opportunities within your area.
  • Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding client needs.
  • Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
  • Partner with customers to understand growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions.
