Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Homebased / Reading

Salary & Benefits: Up to £40,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

We have ambitious growth plans and are looking for Area Sales Managers responsible for winning and growing independent foodservice business in your area. If you enjoy fieldwork and career growth opportunities within a leading Foodservice company, kff is the place for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Gain, grow, and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets.
  • Research target audiences and opportunities within your territory.
  • Build and leverage strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs.
  • Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
  • Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, adding value with practical solutions and products.
  • Understand competitor activity and proposals to offer the best local solutions to customers.
Candidate Profile:

Looking for someone who can win new business and maximize sales with existing customers. Ideally commercially astute, proficient in Excel, and skilled in relationship building. A desire for sales is essential. Food industry experience is a plus but not necessary.
