Job Description

  • Manage a designated sales territory, developing new business and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to ensure effective coverage and sales growth.
  • Share market insights and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Deliver high-quality service throughout the sales process, including post-sale support.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and key industry events.
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries and support retail customers across multiple channels.
  • Attend team meetings at the company's office and travel as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Area Sales Manager should have:

  • Demonstrated success in sales (preferably in a field-based role) with the ability to manage a large territory and work independently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly self-motivated, well-organised, and target-driven.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence with a flexible approach to regional travel.
