About the Role

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to represent our brand across counties including Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, South & West Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who brings insight, ambition, and a proactive approach to business growth—someone who can shape their region with strategic thinking and strong customer relationships.

Your mission will be to:

  • Build and nurture a strong network of customers who share a passion for customer service and LVT expertise.
  • Provide outstanding support, service, and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage relationships with a variety of customer types, from independent retailers to larger businesses and commercial opportunities.
  • Offer insightful recommendations and innovative ideas to drive customer and company growth.
  • Work both collaboratively within a team and independently with a growth-focused mindset.
  • Manage your time and workload effectively, demonstrating strong self-motivation and organisational skills.
  • Excel in communication, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and strong connections with customers and colleagues.
  • Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.
