Your Tasks

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales professional to manage and expand a defined territory, supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals in electrosurgery. This high-impact, field-based role focuses on revenue growth and delivering exceptional clinical support.

Your Profile
Key Responsibilities:
  • Territory Management: Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers to increase sales and market share.
  • In-Theatre Support: Provide hands-on clinical support, product evaluations, and training during surgical procedures.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue and profit targets.
  • Education & Brand Promotion: Represent BOWA at conferences, events, and seminars to enhance product and brand visibility.
  • Process & Performance Improvement: Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and identify growth opportunities.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or registered healthcare practitioner qualification.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or regulated healthcare sectors.
  • Deep understanding of surgical and theatre environments, especially electrosurgery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Strategic, analytical thinking and project management skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, resilient under pressure.
  • Strong customer focus and dedication to clinical excellence.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively.
  • High integrity, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail.
