Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Lighting Products

Sector: LED, Lighting, Induction Lighting, Electrical, Industrial, Commercial, Lighting Designers, End Users, Specification Sales Manager, Rail Contractors, M&E Consultants, M&E Contractors

Area to be covered: Midlands & North

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 (negotiable) + uncapped commission circa £12,000

Benefits: Tesla Model 3 or Y equivalent hybrid or electric company car & comprehensive benefits

Role Responsibilities:

• Promoting a high-end manufactured range of lighting products
• Focusing on the rail industry sector
• Selling to rail contractors, rail operators, contractors, and M&E consultants such as CPW and Arcadis
• Managing a territory with a turnover of approximately £750k

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in lighting sales is essential
• Project-led sales professional, not suitable for wholesale reps
• Rail industry experience is preferred but not essential
• Commercially astute
• Vibrant, energetic, and enthusiastic
• Highly organized and capable
• IT literate
