Role Overview:

The Area Sales Manager Kitchens will be responsible for:

  • Field sales of manufactured kitchen ranges
  • Selling primarily to independent retail showrooms
  • Engaging with builders merchants and regional housebuilders
  • Focusing on new business development initially, with account management after 6 months
  • Growing revenue to £100,000 within the first 6 months
  • Onboarding 15-20 independent retail showrooms to meet targets
  • Typically working 3-4 days on the road and the rest from home
  • Making 4-5 meaningful customer visits daily when on the road
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in the KBB market, especially kitchens
  • Existing contacts within independent retail showrooms
  • Proven field sales experience selling into retail showrooms
  • Strong new business hunter mentality
  • Resilient, relentless, and results-driven
  • Organized with good planning skills
  • Well-presented
