Job description

Circa £50,000 along with monthly commission

Package:

Role

You will be tasked with selling the full range of products, including heating controls, thermostats, programmers, valves, and smart controls. The position involves selling into Plumbers Merchants and installers. This includes all brands within UK Plumbing Supplies, City Plumbing, and developing relationships with independent merchants. The role is based in two regions: 1) North East/Yorkshire and 2) London.

A key part of this role is driving activity with potential new stockists, engaging with Branch Managers to encourage them to stock these products, and providing support and training to branch personnel. You will also run incentive schemes, organize breakfast mornings, and promotions to boost sales.

The ideal candidate is a “hunter” type, passionate about opening and nurturing new accounts and growing new business.

Candidates should come from within the plumbing/heating industry. Experience selling through merchants is a plus, but candidates from branch-based roles who are eager to go on the road are also encouraged, provided they possess the personality traits mentioned above.
