Home Based / Field Sales - North Midlands

Framework Area Sales Managers will be expected to manage between 60-80 customers depending on geographical area. This includes a mix of end user, GPO, and Public Sector business. The main focus for the role will be building strong relationships to unlock opportunities for growth.
Key Accountabilities
It's essential that you're highly service-focused, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, providing the best solutions to support and enhance their business. You should be tenacious and resilient, a self-starter with the drive and determination to succeed, and have demonstrable experience of delivering against targets. You will also be self-motivated to develop yourself continuously, leveraging various learning and development programs. There are opportunities to progress into a wide range of commercial roles to develop your career further.
You should be confident with adopting our modernisation programme and new technology to improve customer experience and performance. Experience with Salesforce, while not essential, would be advantageous.
In return, we offer a base salary of £Competitive (DOE) along with uncapped bonus potential, a home-based contract, a company car, additional holiday purchase options, and award-winning products at virtually cost price.
