What you’ll be doing

  • Driving new business growth across contract hire, salary sacrifice, and fleet management – with a focus on car and LCV leasing.
  • Developing targeted prospecting strategies to build long-term client relationships across a variety of sectors.
  • Following up warm leads, generating your own pipeline, and working closely with colleagues to ensure full-service delivery.
  • Leading bids and tenders, collaborating across the wider business to shape solutions that fit.
  • Contributing to broader business projects as part of a small but ambitious and collaborative team.
  • Accurately recording your activity and insight to support commercial decisions and continuous improvement.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience in the contract hire, leasing, or fleet management sectors – ideally including Salary Sacrifice.
  • A track record of new business success, with confident consultative sales skills and the tenacity to open doors.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing across the wider business as it grows.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – you’ll be working closely with colleagues across short-term hire, retail, and subscription services.
  • Sharp commercial thinking, solid objection handling, and a clear understanding of how to deliver real customer value.
