A leading supplier of electrical equipment is seeking an Area Sales Manager based in Sheffield, England. This role involves promoting products to branches and maintaining customer relationships. As part of a market leading corporation, our specialist divisions are dedicated to supplying a wide range of Electrical Equipment, Tools and Safety Equipment to branches across the UK.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your role will be to promote the sale of products and services to branches in your region within a budgeted business plan. The role involves maintaining existing customers and carrying out technical demonstrations of product ranges to branches and their customers.
You will need to be self-motivated, possess good planning, presentation, and organisational skills, and have a strong B2B sales background with a minimum of 2 years in Account Management with proven over-target achievement. The ideal candidate should have an interest in innovative products and be technically minded. You must have the ability to present and communicate effectively at all levels and demonstrate absolute commitment to the company.
This role requires willingness to travel throughout the region and stay overnight if needed. The package includes a competitive basic salary, with the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through a structured uncapped bonus scheme. Additionally, a fully expensed executive company car, laptop, and mobile phone are provided.
