Job Description:

The role of the Area Sales Manager Boilers & Renewables involves:

  • Field sales position selling a high-quality range of water heating systems such as boilers, renewables, heat pumps, cylinders, biomass boilers, and air heaters.
  • Spending most of your time selling directly and stimulating demand with plumbing & heating installers and contractors.
  • Selling into plumbing & heating independent and national merchants.
  • Inheriting a significant growth territory.
  • Balancing account management with new business development (50/50 split).
  • Growing the territory significantly in collaboration with the sales team and Sales Director.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience selling plumbing & heating products to installers and contractors (experience in a plumbers merchant selling to installers/contractors is acceptable).
  • Preferably experience in renewables, oil, or cylinders, but open to other areas.
  • Experience working for a manufacturer and selling to plumbing contractors/installers.
  • Stable career history with proven field sales and territory management success.
  • Strong work ethic, trustworthy, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hungry for success.
