Overview

As part of our recipe for growth and opening of our new Belfast facility, we are looking for a Area Sales Manager - NI to join our team in the Belfast Area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader looking for a rewarding career experience within an industry renowned, global organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit and volume targets for your assigned area
  • Responsible for role modelling and building effective relationships with key customers andstakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Advocate and drive consistent use of all available system tools.
  • Maintain and strategically grow the customer base and market share in your assigned area making us the partner of choice for solutions and range
  • Be responsive and flexible to your customers’ needs.
  • Develop and implement sales plans for your area in line with our Recipe for Growth strategy
  • Delivery off and increasing current and new customer’s use of the Sysco Online ordering platform.
Requirements
  • An in-depth knowledge ofthe hospitality, food & catering market
  • Strong credit control skills
  • Desired 3 -5 years field sales experience within the foodservice sales market
  • High level of flexibility
  • Be a team player with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Have a proactive approach to customer needs
  • Strong analytical skills and computer literacy
  • Use of Salesforce CRM desirable
  • Full clean B Driving License
