Job description

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Executive required for a manufacturer of industrial capital equipment.


The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Executive will be covering the North West region (from Carlisle down to North Wales) and responsible for creating new business and handling key accounts for special purpose machinery, industrial weighing systems, weighing equipment and process systems.

  1. Up to £40,000 - OTE £60,000

Role


  1. Creating new business and handling key accounts in the North West (from Carlisle down to North Wales).
  2. Selling capital equipment, special purpose machinery, industrial scales, industrial weighing systems, batching systems, materials handling systems, weighing equipment, process systems, and recycling machinery.
  3. Selling to industrial markets, including: manufacturing, food & beverage, waste & recycling and quarrying & mining.
  4. Work remotely / field based covering the North West UK with regular visits to customer sites.

Requirements


  1. Experience as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or similar engineering sales.
  2. Proven experience selling capital equipment, special purpose machinery, industrial scales, industrial weighing systems, batching systems, materials handling systems, weighing equipment, process systems, recycling machinery, high value equipment, or similar.
  3. Full UK driving license.
  4. Working remotely, willing to cover the North West UK - must be based in the North West.
