We are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to work within the North of England.

Are you passionate about delivering natural, high-quality nutrition for equines and smallholder animals? Do you thrive in a role that blends relationship building with business growth? If you are a motivated, people-focused individual, we want you to join our team as an Area Sales Manager for the North.

You will ideally be located between the borders and East Anglia.

What we’re looking for:

  • A true equine enthusiast – someone with a deep passion for feeding horses and ponies naturally and ethically.
  • A dynamic communicator – confident, personable, and loves connecting with others.
  • An achiever – sets high goals, exceeds them, and is motivated to push limits.
  • A flexible team player – happy to work weekends and evenings when needed and able to travel to meet customers.

Do you have:

  • Experience in equestrian or smallholding animal care? (A degree in Equine Science, Animal Science, or a related field is a bonus!)
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems?
  • Impressive attention to detail and excellent written communication skills?

Can you:

  • Cultivate strong relationships and support the growth of our customer base?
  • Proactively visit customers, manage ongoing relationships, and bring value to interactions?
  • Spot sales opportunities and strategically promote our products to boost sales?
  • Represent Allen & Page at shows, open days, yard visits, and presentations to increase brand awareness and sales?
