Role: Area Sales Manager

We are working with a leading brand in the interiors space, looking for a driven Commercial Specification Manager to own the South East region. You'll be the go-to person for architects, designers, developers, and contractors, making sure these products get specified on major projects.

The Job

You will be representing this company in the South East. Selling into Architects, Designers, Developers and other relevant contractors. You will confidently be able to talk through products whilst being consultative on the product offering. Effectively you will sell the product, build trust, close deals and build long term relationships.

What the Role Entails
  • Run your patch like it's your own mini business.
  • Chase down new business while keeping existing clients happy.
  • Hit your sales targets
  • Balance Zoom calls with in-person coffee chats to make sure people remember your face.
  • Keep CRM up to date
What They Want From You
  • Someone who already knows how “specification sales” works (you've got to understand how projects in construction get signed off).
  • Comfortable juggling different decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial streak
  • You're digitally competent (Teams, CRM, presentations, etc.).
  • Happy to split time 50/50 between being on the road and working from home.
