A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the largest and independently owned materials handling equipment providers in the UK, with sites all over the UK they are looking for Sales Manager to join the team.

My client are looking for a self driven sales manager who enjoys face to face meetings and new business, covering the Midlands and the South West.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities and maximise sales whilst representing the company brand
  • Building relationships with existing customers and new customers
  • Identifying new business opportunities within sales patch
  • Acting as the key person between customer and sales support
  • Site surveys and building relationships
  • Compilation of correct documentation, sales, warranty etc

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Good knowledge of the engineering sector, ideally within materials handling / forklifts
  • Proven sales / account management experience
  • Good at building and developing networks
  • Ability to work to sales deadlines
  • Results driven and ability to work independently
