Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales - East Scotland / Inverness

Key Responsibilities

  1. Model our Company Values and Purpose
  2. Build and leverage strong customer relationships, focusing on the independent sector
  3. Grow and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets
  4. Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, adding value with practical solutions and products
  5. Monitor competitor activity and proposals to ensure offering the best local solutions
  6. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager for new customer requirements and handovers
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market

We're looking for someone highly service-focused, customer-centric, tenacious, resilient, self-motivated, and experienced in delivering against targets. You should be eager to develop professionally, seeking continuous improvement through various learning and development programmes. Opportunities for progression into diverse commercial roles are available.

You should be comfortable with our modernisation initiatives and new technology adoption (experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential).
