Kff is a regional food wholesaler with around 250 colleagues based near Maidstone, Kent. We are part of Sysco, the world’s largest foodservice provider with over 65,000 colleagues globally. Kff has a family feel with a close-knit team, supplying both local pub and restaurant customers as well as delivering direct to the caterer.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be solely responsible for the success of your own territory by achieving:

  • Gain, grow, and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth versus targets
  • Research your target audience and opportunities in your territory
  • Build and leverage strong customer relationships through constant selling, face-to-face meetings, and understanding customer needs
  • Onboard new customers effectively and successfully, maintaining close relationships with existing accounts and tracking activity
  • Partner with your customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products
  • Understand competitor activity and proposals to ensure you are offering the best local solutions
What We Are Looking For

We seek someone capable of winning new business and maximising sales with existing customers. You should be commercially astute, proficient in Excel, and skilled at building and maintaining relationships. Most importantly, you must have a desire for sales! A food background is preferred but not essential.
