We are an established manufacturing company that has a great reputation in Ireland and an established client base in the UK.

We are now looking to grow further in the UK and build a new team to establish our brand and market position.

We have just taken on a new UK Sales Manager to head up this division, who comes with a wealth of experience in the products and sector.

The Area Sales Manager
You will cover a large area, looking at all routes to market. You will focus on developing relationships with applicators and installers, then maximise relationships with merchants and distributors. We already have deals in place with many major buying groups.

Longer-term goals will include driving project work from specialist distributors, Main Contractors, and housebuilders.

1. A field sales background in selling building materials (ideally a building envelope product, insulation, render, or EWI); other products will be considered.
2. A hunter mentality.
3. Experience selling a product to small to medium housebuilders.
4. Able to cover a large area and stay away from home occasionally.
5. Sales style focused on features and benefits, never on price.
