Tremco CPG's Roofing and Building Maintenance Division provides the most extensive roofing and weatherproofing solutions for restoration, repair, maintenance, replacement, and new construction.

Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Liverpool area

Salary: £60k-£70k basic (negotiable) + uncapped commission + car + benefits

Following a major strategic restructuring and significant investment, Tremco CPG now offers Architects and Clients a unique, single-source roofing service across Europe.

Role Responsibilities

1. Develop sales of the full range of Tremco Roofing solutions as part of the regional team.
2. Drive sales and margins in line with the strategic plan.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional partners and contractors.
4. Establish long-term specifications with large regional facility owners.
5. Provide written and verbal specification support to clients.
6. Offer site support and guidance in collaboration with our technical team.

1. Proven experience in selling building products or systems.
2. Strong sales background with ability to manage customer expectations and market demands.
3. Excellent relationship-building skills.

7. Effective prioritization and workload management skills.
