Job summary

ARV Solutions Contracts is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the North of the UK for a top 10 structural steelwork contractor. You will drive new business and account management across the region, promoting a broad range of services and solutions.

The ideal candidate has a background in structural steelwork or building envelope and a track record selling into main contractors, architects and developers. Projects include commercial, education, healthcare, government and defence.

Qualifications

• Background in structural steelwork or building envelope.
• Experience selling to main contractors, architects and developers.
• Willingness to cover the North of the UK.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage area sales for the North of the UK.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies and plans.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target sectors (commercial, education, healthcare, government, defence).
