Job summary

Quay Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Manager to own the Essex, Suffolk & Norfolk territory, driving growth with independent pharmacies, health food stores and other retailers.

You will leverage proven B2B field sales experience to win new business, maintain existing accounts, and deliver strong results with a brand-new company car and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B field sales experience in healthcare or related sectors.
• Strong new business and account development skills.
• Confident in managing your own territory and prioritising deals.
• Commercial, proactive and self-motivated with a customer-first approach.
• Experience in pharmacy, consumer healthcare, nutrition or health food is advantageous but not essential.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own the Essex, Suffolk & Norfolk territory and drive growth.
• Develop existing customers and actively win new business across independent pharmacies, health food stores and other retailers.
• Represent the company professionally and achieve sales targets.

Are you an experienced field salesperson looking for the opportunity to take ownership of your own territory within a growing healthcare business?

We’re recruiting for a well-established UK healthcare and nutritional products company going through an exciting period of growth. With premium products manufactured in the UK, continued investment and an expanding commercial team, there is plenty of potential for the right person to grow with the business.

You’ll take ownership of the Essex, Suffolk & Norfolk territory, developing existing customers while actively winning new business across independent pharmacies, health food stores and other retail partners.

What we’re looking for

• Proven B2B field sales experience
• Strong new business and account development skills
• Confident managing your own territory
• Commercial, proactive and self-motivated
• Pharmacy, consumer healthcare, nutrition or health food experience advantageous, but not essential

The package
