Overview

Commercial Specification Technical / Area Sales Manager role with market leader within construction.

Role

Area Sales Manager – Field/home-based sales for project sales, promoting and selling leading building envelope products to architects, main contractors, sub-contractors and specifiers.

Responsibilities
  • You will call on Contractors, promoting a market-leading range of structural products Glazing / Cladding systems.
  • You will inherit a territory currently performing over 100% of target, taking over from a top performer recently promoted.
  • Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong client relationships, tracking new-build and refurbishment projects, and working closely with internal teams including marketing, order processing, and technical support to ensure clients receive exceptional service.
