We are an established manufacturing company with a strong reputation in Ireland and an established client base in the UK.

We are seeking to expand further in the UK by building a new sales team to strengthen our brand and market position.

We have recently appointed a UK Sales Manager with extensive experience in our products and sector to lead this division.

Our goal is to develop a UK team that is motivated, ready to champion our brand, and skilled in selling based on features and benefits.

Role Overview

You will manage a large geographic area, exploring all routes to market. Your focus will be on building relationships with applicators and installers, as well as maximizing partnerships with merchants and distributors. We already have agreements with several major buying groups.

Long-term objectives include generating project work from specialist distributors, main contractors, and housebuilders.

Candidate Requirements

• Field sales experience in building materials, preferably in building envelope products, insulation, render, or EWI; other product experience will be considered
• Proactive, with a hunter mentality
• Experience selling to small to medium housebuilders
• Ability to cover a large area and stay overnight when necessary
• Sales approach focused on features and benefits, not price
