Are you a natural relationship builder with a proven track record in sales?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading food supplier as an Area Sales Manager. In this fast-paced role, no two days are the same, you'll be at the heart of driving growth, building strong partnerships, and delivering outstanding service to customers.

What you'll be doing:
  • Drive growth - deliver sustainable sales and profit in line with agreed targets.
  • Maximise opportunities - develop business with existing accounts by analysing sales data, minimising order losses, and maintaining a prospect pipeline.
  • Win new business - generate profitable new accounts through proactive canvassing and strategic prospecting.
  • Collaborate for success - work closely with Category Specialists to deliver a joined-up approach to growth and customer service.
  • Stay accountable - provide accurate and timely reports, ensuring performance is measured against agreed KPIs (including customer call rate, retention, and business growth).
What we're looking for:
  • A proven sales professional with a strong record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and create tailored solutions.
  • A flexible, proactive approach and strong business acumen.
  • A full UK driving licence

  • Uncapped OTE of £12 - £15,000+
