Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales - East Scotland / Inverness

Key Responsibilities

  1. Model our Company Values and Purpose
  2. Build and leverage strong customer relationships, focusing on the independent sector
  3. Grow and retain customer base, delivering profitable volume growth against targets
  4. Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products
  5. Monitor competitor activity and proposals to ensure the best local solutions for customers
  6. Collaborate proactively with the Business Development Manager for new customer requirements and successful handovers
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market

We seek highly service-oriented individuals who prioritize customer needs, are tenacious and resilient, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. Experience in achieving targets and a commitment to personal development are essential. Familiarity with our modernization initiatives and new technology (experience with Salesforce is advantageous) will be beneficial.
