ROLE:

Branch Sales Manager

HOURS:

44 per Week - Permanent Role

SALARY:

up to £40,000 basic salary per year

BONUS/OTE:

Realistic total earning potential of up to £50,000 per year

We are recruiting a Branch Sales Manager for our award-winning Trade Branch Network. This field-based role covers our Eastern branches, focusing on maximizing sales and managing branches across the region. The role involves developing relationships with local trade professionals and companies, requiring a comprehensive understanding of NPI and the building trade sector.

What Our Branch Sales Managers Do
  • Build strategic relationships with trade customers to support their business growth and drive profitable sales in the region
  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to grow the business
  • Ensure correct setup of cash and credit terms following company policies
  • Work with branch teams to exceed targets
  • Expand professional installer customer base
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Promote Eurocell products confidently
  • Launch new products successfully to trade customers
  • Engage in sales initiatives and upselling opportunities
  • Utilize customer data to enhance sales efforts
  • Monitor local market and competitor activity
Requirements for Our Branch Sales Managers
  • A full valid driving license
  • Proven success in field-based business development and trade staff management
  • Experience in management roles within trade, builders merchant, retail, glazing, or UPVC sectors
  • Commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and understanding of profit margins
  • Ability to deliver sales presentations to diverse customers
  • Passion for customer service and achieving targets
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for business growth
  • Ability to work under pressure
