Location: Ideally based around Aberdeen or surrounding areas

Full-time | Permanent | Salary up to £50k + Bonus + Car Allowance (Uncapped Earnings – OTE Circa £60k)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to represent our trusted brand across a strategically important territory – covering Scotland and parts of Northern England. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a well-established region, driving sales and building strong customer relationships in a thriving market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts across Scotland and Northern UK
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Provide technical product support and guidance on Fluid Controls’ offerings
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Report on market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical accuracy
Ideal Candidate:
  • Based in or near Aberdeen to provide convenient access to key customers across Scotland
  • Proven field sales experience in a technical or engineering-based environment
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, valves, fluid control systems, or similar is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
  • Full UK driving licence
