About the role
We’re seeking a talented Area Sales Executive to work full-time across our developments in Kent.
As an Area Sales Executive, you will make a significant impact on our customers' lives by introducing them to independent living. Your role involves proactively engaging with interested customers, advising them on their apartment purchase and lifestyle, and building strong relationships to ensure a smooth and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.

As the development progresses, you'll have the opportunity to show apartments using a fully equipped show home centre, complete with floor plans, interior options, and partner services.
You will collaborate closely with onsite teams—Marketing, Customer Relations, Construction—and coordinate with offsite agents, sales partners, and solicitors to progress sales through to completion.

About you

Your calming and supportive approach will help ease customers through the moving process, which can be daunting.
You should have experience with plot progression, excellent customer relationship skills, and a strong drive to succeed. Independence, proactive sales and marketing approach, self-motivation, and familiarity with IT databases are essential.
You must hold a valid UK Driver's Licence and be willing to travel as needed.
