Job description

Location: Covering the Southern Counties of the UK

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business by identifying and selling to prospects.
  • Follow up on leads generated by company marketing, increasing brand awareness of Drive Lines Technologies and the brands it promotes.
Job Duties:
  • Identify business opportunities by evaluating potential users of automation equipment.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; demonstrating the product with technical support.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Ensure competitiveness by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintain our CRM system with all visit and contact notes.
  • Man trade fairs where Drive Lines Technologies exhibits.
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards.
  • Enhance professional knowledge by attending company-organized training.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Cooperate within the team environment.
  • Technical experience with products such as mechanical screw jacks, linear actuators, industrial gearboxes, and couplings is advantageous.
  • Ideally located in the Southern counties, at least south of Bedfordshire.
  • External sales experience or previous experience in a similar role is essential.
