Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals within your area. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team members are motivated, productive, and focused on achieving targets.
- Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets. Analyze market trends, identify key customer segments, develop sales strategies, and participate in high-level sales activities such as negotiations and key account management.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Use this information to identify opportunities, mitigate threats, and make data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, agencies, developers, and stakeholders. Understand their needs, address concerns, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to sales, revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Prepare reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Conduct audits and address issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices. Continuously develop your skills and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales success, preferably in property portals or online portals; other sales backgrounds considered.
- Experience in maintaining and growing client relationships over the medium and long-term with excellent service.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and objection handling skills with confidence and patience.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively with metrics.
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Consultative selling style with account management techniques to grow accounts over time. Passion for building relationships and problem-solving.
- Ability to navigate large organizations and identify decision-makers, influencers, and blockers, aligning them effectively.
