You will travel between sites in Birmingham and surrounding areas, bringing professionalism, discretion and a proactive approach to incident handling, customer service, and reporting.

Qualifications

• SIA licensed
• Reliable, professional and punctual
• Comfortable working independently
• Flexible and adaptable
• Confident working across different locations; willing to travel across Birmingham area
• Professional when dealing with customers, colleagues and management
• Previous security experience is essential
• Own vehicle essential; access to own reliable car is required

Responsibilities

• Providing a visible and professional security presence
• Supporting multiple BBC locations across the area
• Travelling between different locations when required
• Preventing and deterring theft and criminal activity
• Responding professionally to incidents and supporting site management
• Completing accurate incident reports and documentation
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards towards visitors and on-site staff
• Adapting quickly to different sites, teams and working environments
• Providing reliable relief and operational support across the area
