Job summary

Aspirations Care Limited is seeking an Area Registered Manager to lead and oversee multiple services with a focus on quality, governance and person-centred care. You’ll be the CQC-registered leader for one or more Birmingham-based services, driving service development, leading high-performing teams and ensuring safe, high-quality care across sites.

You'll bring a Level 5 leadership qualification, experience in complex care or supported living, and a values-led approach.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working toward it).
• Experience in supported living or complex care services.
• Knowledge of CQC requirements and PBS approaches.
• Proven track record in people, risk, and quality management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills.
• Flexible, resilient and values-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Register with CQC for one or more services.
• Embed a person-centred, values-led culture.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care across services.
• Coach, mentor and develop Service/Cluster Managers.
• Lead audits, compliance, and safeguarding processes.
• Manage budgets, rotas, and staffing in line with commissioned hours.
• Build strong partnerships with families and professionals.
• Identify business development opportunities.
• Maintain robust documentation, health & safety, and governance.

Your Role at a Glance

As Area Registered Manager, you’ll be the CQC-registered lead for one or more services in Birmingham. You’ll ensure high standards of care, drive service development, lead high-performing teams, and be a visible and proactive force for quality and excellence.
