Job summary

You will ensure services meet CQC standards, safeguarding requirements and company expectations, overseeing audits, health and safety, infection control and quality assurance. This role also supports recruitment, assessments, transitions and professional meetings.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience, preferably within learning disabilities and autism.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and positive behaviour support.
• Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills.
• Flexible approach, including on-call duties and further training.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to complete the CQC Registered Manager application process after probation.

Responsibilities

• Support Team Leaders and staff teams across five residential services.
• Ensure services meet CQC standards, safeguarding requirements and company expectations.
• Oversee audits, health and safety, infection control and quality assurance.
• Support recruitment, assessments, transitions and professional meetings.
• Complete monthly reports and contribute to service improvement.
