Job summary

SeeMeHired is seeking a confident Registered Manager to provide visible leadership across five residential services. You will support Team Leaders and staff, ensure CQC standards and safeguarding, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

The role covers audits, health and safety, infection control, quality assurance, recruitment support, assessments, transitions and professional meetings. A flexible approach with on-call duties and a full driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience, preferably within learning disabilities and autism.
• NVQ Level 5, or equivalent, in Health and Social Care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and positive behaviour support.
• Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills.
• Flexible approach, including on-call duties and further training.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership across five residential services and support Team Leaders and staff teams.
• Ensure services meet CQC standards, safeguarding requirements and company expectations.
• Oversee audits, health and safety, infection control and quality assurance.
• Support recruitment, assessments, transitions and professional meetings.
• Complete monthly reports and contribute to service improvement.
