About The Role

Based in Stanwell Moor, Middlesex, you will be responsible for a large Recycling Operation situated next to the M25 close to Heathrow, as well as a large Railhead located in Neasden near Wembley Stadium. These key locations offer various opportunities for the right candidate and are critical in supplying both external and internal customers in and around the London market.
About Your Role
  • Promote the profitable, safe, and efficient management of Hithermoor and Wembley facilities.
  • Drive continuous improvements in SHEQ performance and maintain a strong SHEQ culture in line with legislation and company policies.
  • Add value through efficiency and energy improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Act as the key contact for inbound materials, ensuring a consistent and quality supply for processing and sale.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and handle customer interactions face-to-face.
We're Looking For
  • Strong SHE leadership and thorough knowledge of SHE legislation requirements.
  • Good educational background, holding QCF Level 6 SHE Management qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
  • Proven experience in managing Recycling/Railhead operations is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
