We are looking for an experienced Educational Psychologist with strong interpersonal and communication skills who is ready to advance to a Senior Educational Psychologist role. In Durham, your job title will be “Area Principal Educational Psychologist,” reflecting your key role in supporting Educational Psychologists and the wider team, as well as in strategic practice development.
Joining our growing team, you will collaborate closely with our Principal Educational Psychologist and four other Area Principal Educational Psychologists, forming a robust leadership team within our Specialist Inclusion Support Service.

Our Educational Psychology team delivers a broad spectrum of interventions and projects in schools and Early Years Settings. It operates within a vibrant Specialist SEND and Inclusion Service, which includes multidisciplinary teams led by psychologists, offering excellent professional development and career growth opportunities. You will provide a balanced mix of statutory work and early intervention and preventative services.
