Area/Operational Manager- Semi-Independent Service

NonStop Care is currently working with a semi-independent service that is looking for an Area/Operations Manager in the London area.

As an Area Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Service to assist in the development and growth of the service, providing greater job satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity that offers home working flexibility and the freedom to manage your own workload, promoting a better work/life balance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with Service Managers and team members to ensure effective running of the homes and achievement of an exceptional service.
  2. Supervise and oversee teams, providing guidance and support while supporting their development.
  3. Collaborate with management to improve the team and implement strategies to enhance service development, achieving both short and long-term goals.
