We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for Paper Machine #2 to develop and lead personnel and business process systems supporting paper production. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a vibrant, forward-thinking mill alongside a team of highly skilled, dedicated employees. The successful candidate will be a key member of the management team, integral to the mill's overall success.

Entry Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical, paper science, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical training and experience
  • Over 10 years of experience in coated, wood-free paper manufacturing
  • Successful experience managing 24-hour operations and multiple work crews
  • Extensive experience in coated, wood-free paper production, including:
    • On-machine coating
    • On-machine calendering
    • Winder operation
