Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Senior Operations Leader for a large-scale FMCG site in Cardiff to lead day-to-day operations and drive performance across a busy manufacturing area.

You will focus on safety, quality, productivity and coaching high-performing teams, with Lean/Six Sigma experience seen as advantageous. You will act as a senior decision-maker outside normal business hours in a fast-paced environment.

• Experienced operations leader from an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Strong people manager with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Passionate about continuous improvement, safety and operational excellence.
• Confident making decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience would be advantageous.
