British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for an Area Marketing Research & Insights Manager in London (12-month fixed-term contract).

In this role, you will drive impactful consumer and customer insights for HP & Combustibles across Western Europe, integrating them into strategic decisions and ensuring research excellence. You will partner with cross-functional teams, champion insight-led thinking, and uphold research standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and govern research systems and protocols across Western Europe.
  2. Support the Head of Research & Insights WE in shaping the research agenda.
  3. Standardize marketing research practices across the Area.
  4. Analyze market trends, economic conditions, and consumer behaviors to inform strategies.
  5. Coordinate research information across markets and stakeholders.
  6. Manage the research roadmap, ensuring relevance, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
  7. Translate consumer behaviors into actionable insights for brand, pricing, and product strategies.
  8. Evaluate marketing initiatives through measurable outcomes and reviews.

Requirements include strong commercial experience in brand and trade strategy, research methodology expertise, project management skills, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in FMCG or related industries is preferred.
