Job summary

QFM Group is seeking an Area Manager to lead a multi-site portfolio across 8–12 stores in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach Store Managers, develop leadership, and drive a high level of performance with focus on people development and customer experience.

You will spend significant time conducting store visits, delivering coaching, and ensuring regional profitability and sales targets are achieved.

Qualifications

• Multi-site leadership experience (8–12 stores) required.
• Strong people development and coaching skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality/retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead region to deliver on four strategic priorities: teams, customer experience, sales and profitability.
• Conduct structured store visits and directly guide Store Managers.
• Develop and coach 8–12 Store Managers to deliver high performance.

Tell me more about the Area Manager role...

The Area Manager has overall responsibility for the region and delivering results in 4 key areas which includes building great teams, creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and managing profit.

The cornerstone of the role is to spend the majority of your time conducting structured and tailored store visits in which you manage, support and direct your teams.

You will be responsible for the line management of around 8-12 stores and you will be responsible for developing the Store Managers leadership to deliver great results.
