A leading facilities management company is seeking an experienced Area Manager based in Plymouth to oversee operations across the South West. About The Role
Area Manager – South West
Location:Ideally Plymouth-based (covering Exeter through to Cornwall)
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Company Car or Car Allowance
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Area Manager to join our team here at TC Facilities Management, covering a portfolio of sites across the South West—from Exeter all the way down to Cornwall.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations across your area, ensuring excellent service delivery, team engagement, and strong client relationships. You’ll be the link between our on-site teams and our clients, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
