This role involves leading a district of 14 businesses in Yorkshire, inspiring teams, delivering excellent guest experiences, and achieving targets. The district includes pubs in Barnsley, Brighouse, Sheffield, Leeds, York, Shipley, Garforth, and Wakefield. The ideal candidate should be based in Yorkshire.

  • Ensure high standards in food, drink, and service across all sites

  • Support teams to work collaboratively and deliver results
  • Drive sales, profit, and operational standards
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and risk-free environment
