You will plan production activities with the Operations Director, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a strong safety culture while delivering on customer commitments in a collaborative, global engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a manufacturing area and lead a team of approximately 16–20 employees, delivering work safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.
• Plan production activities and support operational improvements in collaboration with the Operations Director.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure customer commitments are consistently met.
