We are looking for a multi-site leader who has experience coming from a branded food or coffee background, you will be people-centric and lead with heart.

Key Responsibilities of the Area Manager

  • Oversee daily operations across several café locations within the region.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and team members to achieve excellence in customer service, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while boosting sales and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting and cost control measures.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-oriented culture.

The right Area Manager

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in the hospitality or retail food sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of improving team performance and achieving operational targets.
